Bugfixes:

Minor Additions:

Balance Changes:
-Serbia/Yugoslavia will now lose the Fanatical Resistance idea if they're in a offensive war with a major.
-Rebalanced the Serbian CW (Now it won't last longer than a year).
-Rankovic's Gulag decisions will now consume consumer goods.
-Khrushchev will now prioritize the Russian Republic first,

Quality of Life Improvements:
-Speidel's puppets will have unique cosmetic tags.
-RFP can now invite either Janjic or Ljotic if they are not already in a faction.
-RFP occupation clean up.
-Added more VPs.

Bugfixes:
-German influence will be removed now in Hungary.
-Hungarian non-aggresion pact with the US now works properly.
-Fixed bugs related to Novosibirsk Idealist influence.
-Fixed Romanian national spirits disappearing after becoming a German puppet.
-Fixed Serbia/Yugoslavia having an improper color.
-Lots of small loc related errors.
-Fixed an issue relating the Bashkir ASSR.
-Kras can now get the house of soviet model.
-Fixed Romanian divisions not spawining through the focus tree.
