Fixed an issue where TTS would not always allow you to drag your cards into your hand zone.

Fixed an issue where 'sideways' cards would show up horizontally in your hand.

Cards are still considered 'sideways' (this allows for the proper alt-zoom behavior), but now cards are rotated as they enter your hand zones.

Blitz cards have been added.
