Tweaked some of the Tales of Aria sealed distributions.
Fixed an issue where some weapons and items were showing up in the wrong pack slot.

Updated Tales of Aria sealed to better reflect the actual pack layout.

WTR starter decks now pull from the decks created at fabdb.net.

Tales of Aria sealed is now in. Best I could decipher from the YouTUBE videos.

Also, sealed now spawns 6 packs.

Multiple cards can be added at once now using the format:

<card_id>[:slot_id][:num]

ex:
MON001,MON002:W:2,MON003:E,MON004:M:3,MON005:S,MON006

Fixes an issue with how Korshem was loaded; it should no longer spawn in sideways and larger than the rest of the cards.

I've noticed that the F card is coming in horizontal; that's an issue with the actual image source though.

Added two additional snap points to the left and right of the current arsenal slot to allow for easier use of additional arsenal slots.

- Added Monarch hero decks for easy importing
- Single cards now spawn with the default card back from fabdb.net
