- Fixed an issue where players without the Gaul DLC would crash when playing with the Hard Config mod on

Small balance update for the Latest patch:

Tweaked the Bonus Food and Production Canada gets with Farms and Lumbermills (lowered 2 -> 1)

Increased the Production cost of Spain's unique Borough (now same cost as default borough, was previously 75%)

Dutch Polders and Incan Terrace farms are now effected by the Borough Food malice
