Bug Fix:

-Fixed the incorrect VMD for Eagle Standards.
-Fixed double pugio bug on officers.
-Fixed double sword for standard bearers.
-Fixed the officer oval shield clipping.

Graphcis Changes:

-Increased variety of colors for older sheathed scabbards
-Increased variety of colors for legionary scabbards
-Dog Handlers given gladii to match other units

-Praetorian Guard updated to campaign dress instead of formal dress.
-Added more variants of Roman Imperial Standards and Eagle Standards
