Youjo Senki v3.1.0 'Osfjord' Update:

Major:
- Added Legadonian focus tree
- AI now researches, trains, and uses mage units.
- Added Turkmen Principalities as a separate country from Magna Rumeli.
- Youjo Senki Movie OST added as a new music station.

Map Changes:
- Arabia is now inhabited by Turkmen Principalities.
- Some states in the Middle East and East Africa have been given to Turkmen Principalities.
- Central America and empty Caribbean islands are now divided between USA and Mexico.
- States along the Dnieper now stay on either sides without crossing the river.

Bugs Fixed:
- Fixed Medium Armor 1 having the same year as Medium Armor 2.
- Fixed a bug causing a second, empty Communist Bloc faction to appear.
- Addressed the issue of "British Malaya" being a subject of a nonexistent country.
- "Maintain our Colonial Holdings" now correctly release African colonies as dominions. Also added missing Madagascar and Senegal.
- AI Dacia will no longer hire ideology advisors contrary to their focus path.

AI Changes:
- Hispania and Hiltria are now completely passive. A human player can bypass these restrictions with 500 political power.

Graphical Changes:
- Updated many national focus icons.
- Added portraits of both canon Prime Ministers of Allied Kingdom. (from the manga, colorized)
- Reworked many portraits.
- Added start date selection screen back.

National Focus Changes:
- Generic monarchist political branch.
- Peace event for Istrian Crisis if war breaks out.
- Reworked Hiltrian partition so that participants are asked *before* any demand is presented. Hiltria can force the attackers to yield by occupying their capitals, or Vienna in the case of the Empire.
- Added effects to the unfinished focuses in the Empire's focus tree, including the Loyalty to the Emperor branch.
- Changes to the Empire's military branch, as Norden Incident is now triggered by Legadonia.

Balance Changes:
- The Dacian debuff "Pride of the Old" can now be removed via decision using army xp after Outdated Army is removed.
- Dacia now has more building slots.
- Mage equipment attack stats reduced, since mages use both mage equipment and infantry equipment.
- Mage hardness progression changed from 25%-50%-75% to 30%-45%-60%
- Mage equipment production cost increased by 50%
- Mages are now treated as special forces instead of infantry for doctrine bonus purposes.
- Mage entrenchment bonus from tech moved to mage spotters, as they are additive.

New Events:
- When François Republic capitulates, it will become known as the Free Republic and De Lugo will take over.
- Tanya will sing the Imperial Anthem above the Russy capital when war breaks out between them and the Empire.
- Russy may offer peace through Ildoa.

Flavor Changes:
- Hiltrian cities renamed according to their book.
- Some strategic regions were renamed to fit Youjo Senki.
- Country list in the starting menu has been updated.
- Addressed some translation errors in the OST song list.

Other Changes:
- Added mage general traits.
- Unique autonomy levels and occupation policy for monarchies.
- Added unique horse artillery unit for Turkmen.
- Turkmen can start regional wars with limited goals and can't involve factions.
