trying to fix the .pbo error

try to fix the error that from the previous update
added easter eggs (model link: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/happy-easter-53b25801892d401786b6d472612c8c78)

i recommend removing the old mod ( the @ folder) make a clean instal

added separate interaction to activate the xmas lights ( not on the vehicle lights anymore)
removed the rvmats (to much complain about vehicle being to dark)

some minor change in the script

added xmaslights (need the item and battery to work) (it work when lights are on for now)
changed inventory item pickup (you now need to be close to the part / item you want to take (barrel, door, wheel etc...)
removed useless files
roofrack and bullbar can now be reskin
prepared work for show strap to show when attaching barrel / crate to vehicle

updated to 1.10

vehicle / player now take damage on crash (need some tweeking)
new rvmats by Jro04240
PickupLada can take Niva wheel and ADA can take PickupLada wheel
new stringtable.csv to allow parts translation
changed barrel and woodencrate slot to the new one added with the 1.10 (also icon)

started change on the rvmats for better looking

there will be less update for a moment (excepted if it's game breaking)
the mod only need to have siren (sound and visual) working and better rvmats / textures

added spawn location for the fire and police lada in the files
(there are also on the main page of the mod)

changed the texture of the fire lada
changed the textures of the mirror on the fire lada
changed the textures of the light bar on the fire and police lada

fixed a bug that prevented to remove the hood of the lada
fixed a bug that prevented to remove the trunk of the lada

player now has a better animation when having a door / hood / trunk in hand

still working on the damage problem
still working on the car key problem
still working on the siren
still working on the light bar (texture + light)

added 2 new vehicle:
pickup_lada_police (A Police Version of the pickup lada) with all doors
pickup_lada_Fire (A Fire Truck Version of the pickup lada) with all doors

no spawn point for the police / fire pickup (they will come later)

no siren or working light bar in both vehicle for now
