add xml's (types, spawn point, etc...)
small bug fixes
removed useless heavy files

better front light
working taillight
working dashboard light (still need some visual work)
fixed bug where you couldn't open a barrel
added a type.xml exemple to the mod

still need to make vehicle spawn point
mod is heavier than it should because i forgot to remove a file
