Improved the structure clustering algorithm.
Reduced vertical ray trace to improve in cave detection.
Fixed some bugs with structure density mapping.
Fix bug causing permenant flyer raids
Reduced stego spawn chance in easy raid.

Added flyer raids for when there are no valid ground coords and a small random chance of one.
Changed the wave structure to be much more difficult at higher difficulties.
Added more messages to the player.
