Next to the Islands is The Highlands or at Least the Sumero Version.

Started Work on the Highlands Area North West After the Snow Biome

More Ocean Complete & Started the Ocean Far North (Very Deep Ocean Biome will Exist Here).

Many Cliff Textures in Ocean Changed

Ambient Sound Placement

Many Optimisations

Overall there is a lot to this update. Spent a Long Time on this Update Trying to Optimise Certain Areas. The New Area in the Swamp has a Different Feel Completely its in-between the Existing Two Swamps. And the Far Northern Island & Highlands


Extra Patch Notes for V1 ETA 24th July

- Four Unique Redwoods (Huge Update to all the Redwoods)

- Optimisations on Every Level Over 60 Now

- Lots of New Foliage Types from Genesis, Valguero, & Crystal Isles (But not too much)

- Created New Proxy Landscapes

- Created Proxy Meshes for Draw Distances (Still Learning)

-Optimised Swamplands Foliage (Reduced Count but Still Dense because no one needs over 1,000,000 Swamp Reeds).

- Reduced Foliage Count in Diffirent - Areas for Performance Gain.

- Huge Update to Dino Spawns

- Player Spawns Update

-Biome Areas Re-Sectioned & Named

- Snowlands: Removed Far North West -Snow Area Currently Behind the World Barriers

- Ocean Biome Optimised & Foliage Count Reduced but Only Slightly

- Draw Distances Around the Map Have Been Optimised

- Post Process Volumes Added to the Swamp (Can be tweaked if needed)
- Falling Through Meshes/Floor at Waterfall Redwoods Fix Soon (Learning How to Fix)
- Big Ambient Sound Update Across the Map
- All Previous Ambient Sounds Removed (Causing Performance Issue)
- Draw Distances have Been Decreased for this Update and to Get the Best Experience Go on Foot or Land Creature. When Flying High Above You Might Not See Anything. - Its to Help Performance and Still Get a Full Environment Feeling.
- Changed Underwater Cliff Texture from Light Grey to Dark Ocean Colour (More to be Done)
- Added Seaweed to the Bases of the Ocean Cliffs in Places It Does Not Sound Much But Makes a Big Diffirence.
- Completed More of the Ocean Also Adding More VFX
- Caves Update, Expanded Some Caves and Added Mini Caves. (Practising Cave Building Before the Underworld Creation)
- Fog Updated - See More at Distance.
- Rain Updated - See More at Distance & Slightly Less Frequent.
The Atmospheric Cave Now Has the Earthquake Buff Working Correctly
