Changed AI settings for Burgundians
Lower conversion costs and conversion time for towns & citys (of different culture) for the Barbarian faction trait. In Vanilla this has double costs and double time, but is not announced. The Vanilla faction trait reduces the conversion time of buildings, I made it faster and cheaper for towns and cities, but not 50% of the time.
