Both Transport plane Types can now be upgraded like other Fighter and Bomber!

Improved the regular Transport Planes:
-Enabled Variant Upgrades for Range, Engine and Reliability.

Improved the Heavy Transport Planes:
-Enabled Variant Upgrades for the Gun, Range, Engine and Reliability.

-Increased the max speed of the regular Transport Plane by 50 (to 350 max speed) and agility to 15

-I included a Heavy Transport Plane Variant that has more Air Defense, Air attack & more Range than the normal Transport plane!
-Resource Cost increased to 4 aluminium instead of 3 compared to the regular Transport Plane.
