Yet another spawner fix.

Changelog:

* Fixed final problem with the apex spawners (HOPEFULLY!!) causing kick-back-to-ship. This is the last time I try to mass-edit this with notepad++.

I was going to wait with this update to give the below stuff, but once I was made aware of the above, that fix could not wait. And since I'd already made the other stuff below, well, you get extra stuff for all this trouble :)

* Added two new siege bunkers: Miniknog(/Rebel), and Penguin Pirates. The former are allied to the player, the latter are not.

* In Apex City (Occassus) Sieges, Miniknog have their dialogue slightly tweaked to acknowledge the local Rebel/Miniknog temp truce.

* Cultist bunker cages are reduced in size to give players and enemies more room to fight.

* Miniknog Sniper will now only headshot/crit the FIRST enemy it hits. Others will take normal damage. It will also not headshot/crit if it bounces off blocks.

* Miniknog weapons now have proper weapon tags (including being counted as energy weapons for Frackin bonuses). Not sure how I missed that for so long.

Hey guys, it's been a long time, hasn't it? I got back to Starbound recently and I found I ... wasn't quite satisfied with the state I left this mod in. So I did a small update. Not a whole lot (yet), just fixing a few outstanding issues for now.


* Fixed not being able to deploy to USCM ships (hopefully. If this still happens, post log.)

* Fixed broken FM9 pickup (blame Ravy!). It now shows up as a RPK and picks up as such. Also 'added' AK47 pickup (It was there but not implemented right. (Again, blame Ravy.)

* If you have the Neki mod, they may randomly replace apex (both Rebel and Miniknog). Rebels may also be supplemented by human/neki/hylotl/novakid/avali volunteers/mercenaries.

* In prisoner cages, Neki are bumped up to uncommon (from rare)

* In Apex City Sieges (Occassus), the Rebels and Miniknog now team up instead of the latter fighting all by themselves. The rebels are much rarer though.

* Penguin Town/Bunker Seiges.
* FFS-ified Dreadwing?

Removed duplicate folder giving duplicate rpg7v projectile logfile spam. Never caused any real problems before so I never bothered to fix it but since enough people complained about it I looked into it and fixed that.
