Finally I found forces to fix some awful problems of Cutter.

- fixed the problem with walls didnt welded
- fixed AI problem with repairing medical fabricator, thanks to Hinny
- a few changes of decor

• No changes were made in the work of electricians and other equipment!
  
  
• The buttons and information board have been corrected.
  
  
• Added medical cells to the first aid kit, minor rearrangement in the medbay.
  
  
• The armory has been expanded with a couple of slots and a safe near the captain's bridge.
  
  
• Additional large steel cabinet for mechanics near the oxygen generator.

I decided to refuse from auto turning off the reactor on 8500 kW

Fully checked lower airlock, changed one element with water detecting. I hope it will work normally now

If you had a problem with a lower airlock (it flooded the medbay), it was just me, sorry. I fixed that
