Changed "NDefines.NProduction.BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 5" to NDefines.NProduction.BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 7.5" thus increasing Construction speed by +50%
-Created a unique .lua file to maximize Compatibility with other Mods.
