Increased currency to 20 stack, Fixed issues with 200 mark stacks, decreased time on ATM+ and ATM- along with wallet crafting.

Added Stacking up to 10 for now. Can definitely be up if need be!

Trying to fix wallet craft issue with a push after inplace code change

Gave Currency a face lift, it now resembles german marks. added larger denominations and balanced sub wreck spawn
