- Updated unit overhaul 2.4. All units from the reserve of countries have been added to the available for production at the request of the authors of the mod.
- Added 3 new scenarios, their description on the main page of the mod.
- Updated country relations, now with default settings AI doesn't start strange wars.
- Small changes on the map, the main cities of China received an updated population.
- Added change of some rulers of countries until 2022.
- Changed the sound of the defcon raising and the start of the nuclear war to be more pleasant to hear.
- Added loyalty to the cartels in Mexico. If there is low stability in Mexico, the cartels will begin to enter into direct armed confrontation with the government.
- Added internal settings for AI-controlled ministers in the US and China.

- Many minor changes and improvements on the map.
- Changes in the balance between different government forms: removed penalties to GDP, left a small penalty to the production of consumer goods in non-democracies, reduced the cost of maintaining an army in non-democracies for a small loss of morale, reduced the cost of defcon for all countries and increased its effect on construction speed.
- Removed preferences of the population of most countries to any sphere of influence.
- Improved country balance in scenario wars.
- Small improvements in diplomacy.
- Minor additions in nuclear technologies to the unit overhaul scenarios.
