- Removed some roles from the initial count (start of new campaign)

Updated for usage with the newest version. Also some roles have now unlimited slots

Adapted the mod to the campaign changes of the new update.

- Added passenger role and new job icons for most roles to distinguish them a bit better

- Fixed campaign file

Cleaned up some things

Just a small change: Captain isn't a 'must have' anymore. If sailors want to start without a captain, they can do that now.
