-Adjusted some shield resistances.
-Made some options be loaded on the config screen. (They were saved, just not visually loaded)
-Upgraded the Configuration screen to allow more options and is now categorized.
-Crew members always spawn with shields, these are set to current world tier.
-Added option to allow the spawning of crew with shields.
-You can still use the wands to recharge or change shields, or give them to other npcs.
-Fixed hand-held shields of NPCs not having armor when shields are up.
-Reduced slag damage reduction to -50% from -75%, on normal and TVHM (UVHM uses -100%) to be more balanced.
-Added option to configure the armor used by NPCs, to customize difficulty.
-Added options to change shield elemental resistance via difficulty, also changes slag bonus.

-Fixed Evolution not dropping
-Added Extended Story's elements to adaptive shield's pool.
-Increased damage dealt to slagged enemies by slag projectiles.
-Balanced item prices.
-Made shields upgradeable.
-Shields now scale up to tier 50.
-Added option to allow the upgrading shields. (To not spam the upgrade interface)

-All effects from antagonist are now affected by the special stat.
-Changed Antagonist's reflected bullet projectile to anormal bullet, looks better.
-Increased detection range for homing spikes.
-Improvments to antagonist/blockade/solid protection calculation.
-Now Rough Rider also won't give 100 armor.
-Restored Rough Rider's armor to 20, from 15.
-Buffed Overkill's drain, now automatics won't just drain it super fast but slower guns will need more shots, though, that means they can take advantage of the Amp for longer.
-Armor for shield is now configurable.
-Added loot for Return to Earth.
