-Overhaul of how Rho crate system works
-Rho crate is now its "own" system. two tokens have been introduced tas_canBliftRho and tas_liftVarsRho that operate similar to LAAT/C. Items with these tokens can be picked up by the rho while items with the tas_canBlift/ tas_liftVars tokens will now only work with the LAAT/C. For those wanting to enable lifting of the rho crate with the laat/c you will need to add these values and adjust as necessary.
-Added fastrope mem points "ropeOrginBack" and "ropeOrginFront". Fastrope is not intended to be working at this time.
-Door can now be hidden/show independent of barracks
-Simple object added to rho/nu
-Rho Ace cargo disabled
