Update 8.0:
1. Updated Shara_SkinColors_Tools script - fixed potential crash when using CopySkeletalMeshSections function on SkeletalMeshComponents that have non-empty ParentAnimComponent.
2. Removed CacheModInstance function from Cosmetics Helperi's Tick function. Now ModInstance variable is cached only when it's needed by some function.

1. Updated Shara_SkinColors_Tools script.

3. Finalized/privated all functions inside Cosmetics Helper Actor and Online Party Handler.
4. Modified OnHookedActor function to attempt to update cosmetics data of hooked Local Player and spawn Cosmetics Helper of hooked Online Player instead of only doing it inside Tick function.
