Fixed some texture issue, still working on the navigation path bug but I think I made great progress, moved the spawn of the mutant a bit closer to the front

olf volume has been decrease from 400%, tried more optimization (I really need to know what was wrong with it), the hazmat should take the point, contributors should spawn with their points, new attachment has been added to every crate and the twitch sword can be normaly taken now, testing path finding fix
