- replaced the Argentinian and Canadian emblem with the one from the DLC (because of the higher quality),
- integrated the new communist emblem for Brazil and the new Chilean emblem from the DLC,
- added new Brazilian emblem as the generic emblem available to use

Update 1.13:

- fixed a bug where fascist Swiss emblem could never be visible in vanilla game,
- added new emblems from the newest DLCs: 1 Danish, 3 Norwegian and 1 Icelandic

- Portugal (standard and monarchy emblem)
- Bulgaria (standard and communist emblem)
- Latvia (standard and communist emblem)
- Lithuania (standard and communist emblem)
- Estonia (standard and communist emblem)
- Switzerland (standard and alternative emblem)

new agency names for Bulgaria, Switzerland and Greece
