- Fixed some AP and SAW bugs

- Added a monitor with the distance to waypoint (upper central panel)
- Added a switch to "Stop at Waypoint". When this switch and AP are engaged and the distance to waypoint is lower than 0.5 km, the SC will reduce thrust to stop.
- Added a 34'000 L Diesel module

- Added a button (next to the control panels switches) to pump fuel from the Jet-A1 module. There is still the one in the cargo bay.
