v3.0 Disjoint Balance and RUNES! (I kinda forgot the specifics of some of the nerfs since I did them so long ago, sorry!)

+Added runes, most differ from the rune buddy runes
+Highwind meter sprite changed
+A circle effect now appears on the Highwind meter's hilt when you gain highwind or use it via Nspecial
-Disjointed blade hits now cause whifflag and extra landing lag on all normals, strongs, and aerials
+ All Close range Hilt Sweetspots (hilters) and Special Attack hitboxes fill highwind meter by 1 tick (+50) with helmet on ( 2 ticks [+100] with helmet off)
+Taking damage now only reduces highwind by 2 ticks (3 [-150] without helmet)
-Fstrong knockback on all hitboxes adjusted
-Fair knockback on all hitboxes adjusted
-Utilt endlag increased
-Landing lag increased on all aerials
-Can no longer spam cancel normals
-KB scaling is now .95 by default
-Max Fallspeed is now 10 by default
-Dash speed is now 6
-Charging Dspecial no longer charges highwind
+Nspecial's knockback and damage calculation has been completely reworked
+Nspecial now creates a spinning wind lance when charged to max while highwind is also at max, this is purely a visual change to show you successfully did it
-Can no longer taunt to get highwind without helmet. Taunting without your helmet now makes you put it back on
-Knockback scaling increases by .1 without helmet (easier to kill)
-Highwind loss upon damage doubled without helmet
+Highwind gain upon lannding sweetspots and specials doubled
+Pressing down and taunt at the same time now has Slashe throw her helmet off her head
-Bair now has airstall, leaving you vulnerable in the air for longer when in end/whifflag
--Highwind Changes--
-Only recieve buffs when highwind is half full
+Highwind title now lights up when you have the Highwind buffs, alongside the swirling wind effect on Slashe
-movement speed buff removed
-airspeed buff removed
-KB scaling reduction reduced from .1 to .05 (still makes her harder to kill)

+New AI has been programed for CPU Slashe
+Overall %damage buff to most moves
+Fixed Fair and Bair's knockback
-Reduced Fstrong knockback
-Fstrong startup increased from 18 to 22 frames
++Fspecial no longer bounces off walls, but instead will warp Slashe to the wall the sword breaks on (thanks Luka!)
-Fspecial no longer perpetually remains in the opponent if the move fails... hopefully and unfortunately
+Fair, Bair, and Dstrong no longer have hurtboxes on their sword smears
++Highwind no longer drains overtime
-Highwind loss upon being hit increased from 100-200 (1000 is the max highwind count)

v2.0 MAJOR OVERHAUL
-The following moves have changed mechanically, statistically, and visually
~Fair, Dair, Bair, Fstrong, Nspecial, Uspecial, Dash Attack
+Getting hit while taunting removes Slashe's helmet, making her taunt start and end faster
+Uair's startup frames changed from 15 to 10
-Fspecial startup and endlag increased
+Fspecial can now be thrown diagonally vertical if you hold up during before and while you throw it
+Fspecial projectile now bounces off of walls instead of breaking
+Dspecial softarmor increased from 10 to 12
-Ustrong initial hitbox size increased
+Grounded Uspecial now remains on the ground
-Uspecial now stalls in the air at the last window if you do not have highwind active
-Uspecial ending knockback reduced and angle changed from 80 to 45, now kills horizontally near blastzone
+Uspecial now acts as a command grab, keeping opponents locked into the multi-hit
+Knockback scaling increased from 1.0 to 1.1 (harder to kill)

-added extra hitpause to most moves
-Fspecial sword when parried now puts Slashe in parry stun if she is not hit by the sword itself, stun increase depends on the distance. Medium to High speed characters have a chance to rush her down during this
-Fspecial now has pratfall if you don't attack or strong cancel upon the second hit. If you miss, you will always go into pratfall.
-Dspecial hitbox timing fixed after window length increases, now timed propper.
-Dair lingering hitbox shortened from 9 to 5 frames
-Wavedashing no longer charges highwind by changing the gain from +5 to +2, but will still stall the highwind timer slightly
-Wavedashing speed and distance reduced. Friction doubled.
-Highwind groundspeed reduced from 9 (ash speed) to 7
+Nair second swing sound fixed
-Pratfall land time increased from 11 to 20
