  • added 3 more articles
  • added Irish Newspaper Headers

  • slightly reduced the chances a few random articles to happen (namely the one for Babe Ruth and the ones about a child birth)

  • added a game rule to save published newspapers into an archive (this game rule is deactivated by default, so it will not work on already started games)
    • this is because it possibly could impact performance, although I didn't notice much in my tests (the game rule descirption will also note this possible performance impact)

  • added one article about a amazon rainforest fire (can happen once)

  • tweaked who can get the articles about a war being declared and a state being captured

  • fixed position of the open button for when La Resistance DLC is not active

  • article talking about a flooding in X will not target non-coastal states in africa or the middle east anymore (the one about international aid still can, but that could also only be a rather small, river flooding, so it's ok I guess)
  • article talking about a new temperature record will not target states in Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Northern Russia or Northern Scandinavia anymore
