v1.2.1.0 - Quill Recipe Hotfix

Enables the CuttingTool + Feather = Quill recipe for everyone. Was originally a part of the crafter's kit giftbag.

Fixed Restoration Skillbook recipe. Restoration scrolls are called "SCROLL_Water_RegenerateStart" while the skill-book is called "SKILLBOOK_Water_Restoration". Had incorrectly assumed "SKILLBOOK_Water_RegenerateStart".

Uploaded again. I don't trust the Revert Update function yet.

Thought the Electric Discharge skillbook would have the same typo. It didn't. Reverting.

Pre-emptively corrected Electric Discharge Skillbook.

Electric Discharge Scroll recipe didn't work. Internally Electric Discharge is called "LighningBolt" as opposed to "LightningBolt". Purposefully making a typo fixes the issue.

Fixed minor issues that prevented almost all skillbook recipes from working. Finally ready to release to the public.

Added Leather Scraps as a potential substitute of Leather Cover in the Blank Skill-book recipe. For people playing without Crafter's Kit Giftbag.

Removed (CuttingTool + Feather => Quill). As this recipe is already included in the Giftbag Crafter's Kit feature.
