Trader can not be clossed if Servercomminication is inconsistend

Bugfixes:
- save now if user change the key to open the trader and the key is not serverbinded
- save to new stock format if a old stockfile will migrated
- fallback to default offer types if nothing is configured (fix user can not create any market offer)

Bugfix:
Splitt of stock into several files to prevent to run in bigger files then 64kb. DayZ Serializer can not create files that are bigger then 64kb.

I also update the https://dayz-p2ptrader.com/category-editor/add-items to be compatible with the new system.
