• Three new wines: Meatwine; Wartwine; Weyene!
• Oculemonade recipe output changed from 3 to 1.
• Oculemonade now has a food value (10) and restores energy.
• Meatjuice no longer gives a speed boost. Additionally, its price and food value have been adjusted.
• Meatjuice and Wartjuice recipes no longer require grapes.
• Wartjuice recipe no longer requires water.
• Adjusted the recipes of Meatjuice and Wartjuice.
• Sweettime now uses oculemons in its recipe instead of neonmelons, as implied in its description. NOTE TO SELF: make a melon pie sometime irl!
(This means that neonmelons are even more useless. Only three recipes? Seriously? Oh well.)
• Meatwich buffed.

• Avian players/merchants know/sell the recipes for Wartwine and Weyene.

• Fixed an issue where the quest prompt items obtained when denying a tutorial quest would use the internal quest ID instead of its title.
• Fixed the alignment of some status effect icons. Particularly, the defence implant.
• Changed the status panel icons of some biotech implants.
• Painfully fixed many stray pixels on the chest overlay images. At least one person (me) noticed, so it's worth fixing-- huh? The hoard treasure chest? Maybe later.
• Fixed the positions of the close buttons on some chest GUI's. They were off by two pixels.
• Opening the Tech Binding/Tech Selection menu from the Tech Selection/Tech Binding menu no longer allows the menu to stay open when leaving the interactable radius of the tech station.
• Pine trees now drop unrefined wood.

• 8 new weapons! Mushroom Sword; Magic Shroom Sword; Smashroom; Freeze Ray; Bone Pistol; Bone Rifle; Fire Bow; and Sabertooth Spear!
• New block: Smooth Concrete!
• Ice Sphere Chest! It randomly appears in ice caves. Craftable, too!
• Sweet Time, Copper Key Pie, and Black Current Crumble now grant the Electrified buff!

-=- Merchants -=-
• Agaran Merchants now have a better variety of items and a higher max stock.

-=- Misc -=-
• Vanilla chest GUI grid's are no longer offcenter.
• Starcleaver Boom hitbox adjusted to be a full circle, instead of a half circle.
• Did I mention that critters now show their name?
• The Tech Selection/Tech Binding GUI now shows the type of the selected tech.
• Blue tech chests can sometimes appear instead of green ones. This was suppose to be in since the first version, but, um, it didn't work.
• Changed the description of Thorn Grenades.
• Most new commands prefixed.
• Changed the sprites of: meatjuice, wartjuice, and oculemonade.
(Oculemonade comes in a glass shaped somewhat like an eye; Wartjuice comes in a jar-shaped glass; and Meatjuice comes in a medical vial shaped bottle.)
(If nobody calls me out on "Hey, isn't Betabound suppose to be about bringing things back? Why are you removing old content?!" I will frown.)
• Adjusted the muzzle flash on the Bone Shotgun and changed its sound effect. Gave it a description, too.

• Removed the Thorn Grenade recipe from Savannah chests. Instead, picking up a thorn grenade unlocks the recipe...

• Empty Parcels can now be crafted at Crafting Tables.
• Rust Chair, Bed, Chair, Door, and Table blueprints can now be found with foundry recipes!
• The recipe for Glyph Blocks can now be found at the end of the Grand Sovereign Temple! Because of this, the Avian Tech Block is actually craftable.
• The way to learn the recipe for Ledge Bricks has been added.
• Recipes for: Cloud, Candy Block, and Coconut Block have been added!
• Meat Chunks can now be crafted by re-cooking cooked flesh lumps!
• Moved Thorn Grenades to the Metalwork Station/Tier 2 Anvil.

• The Frost Shield is now craftable! You have to find the blueprint first.

• Certain biotechs are now called nanosuits. Or: certain bio-implants are now called nano-suits.
• The price of tech drives no longer differs based on what slot the tech goes in.


-=- Bug Fixes -=-
• The level >> label << on weapons and shields now starts at a consistent position.
• Like other tech types, the GUI selects the current biotech/nanosuit you have equipped.
• I hope you love this fix, because it took all day: in the tech selection menu, the button is disabled when you haven't selected a nanosuit yet.
• This one also took all day: selecting a locked tech after moving from an unequipped suit tech no longer does weird minor visual glitches.
• The burning sfx is less... persistent.
• You know how Temple Blocks mention they have 'intricate carvings of creatures scratched into the surface?' Yeah, they don't. There happens to be an image of them with additional variants that DO have those, though! So... yeah.
(I HAVE 23 TABS OPEN AND THEY'RE ALL CALLED 'materials' SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME)
• Ice Chest and Ice Sphere Chest now refrigerate.
• One thing 1.4.4 did was change the electric status effect icon from yellow to lavender. They did not, however, change the electric block status effect icon. I did.
• Fixed some weird sprite clipping thing in certain interfaces.

• Mech Assembly and Mech Crafting Tables are now craftable at a Robotic Crafting Table!

• The Shield tech's timer now appears over the player's head when active.

• No changes-- I'm still working on that. This update fixes one of the things Anom's Outpost Overhaul broke. I had wanted to get this patch done well in advance (ie: 4 months), but Anom stopped responding to me after I gave him the Monolith/Ark map he wanted.

• The following tech descriptions have been changed in some way: Gravity Bubble, Random Blink.
• Box of Chocolates are now stackable.
• Quest NPC's at the Outpost now move around. I'm going to add a tracking compass to make turning in the quests easier. If the NPC's start jumping off the Outpost, let me know.
• Moved the Floran Hater inside of the main Outpost building because he kept trying to visit the Ark.
• Decreased the droprate of Crappy Broadswords and Stone Pickaxes in the abandoned mines.

• Weapons now display their level.
• The 'Plasma Machine Pistol' category has been changed to 'Plasma M. Pistol' to make room for the level label.

• Added a series of (optional) tutorial quests!
• Moved silver armor to the Metalwork Station.
• The Cooling EPP Upgrade now requires refined rubium to craft, unless it does not require aegisalt.
• Rubium can now be smelted at an Atomic Furnace.
• Stone pickaxes, stone, wood, and coal can be found in the mines on lush planets.

• The Bone Hammer! Find this procedural weapon in treasure chests!

• Added a painting. No, you can't craft it.

• Blank Books and Copybooks can now be found in certain treasure pools.
• Expanded on the descriptions of some (vanilla) food items. (I actually did that last update, but forgot to write it down!)
• Gave new sprites to food items that borrowed sprites from other items (Rice Vinegar and Root Pop Bottle)
• Avesmingo Cordial (both of them) have had their food value increased by at least 15, since Avesmingo Juice exists.


-=- Bug Fixes -=-
• Did some technical thing that makes your Max Stack Increase mod work on certain (vanilla) items.
(I will never understand why people set maxstacks to 1,000. That is the default, and only three items in vanilla specify 1,000.)
• Cyanider is no longer incorrectly in the power category; and is now correctly in the mobility category
• Plates are less visually disobedient. Eh? Nightmare Fuel? That's caused because it's categorized as 'prepared food' instead of 'drink.'
• Items using the object4 or object4b tooltip no longer show their buff icons 10 pixels below where they should be shown.
• Banana Split, Avesmingo Ice Cream, Oculemon Stew, and Reefpod Surprise display their buffs in the 'proper' order.
