Noticed an old bug I never fixed:

Neutral pawns will always flee when sufficiently hurt, unless they are part of a quest, which means the shuttle crash quest pawns will no longer flee, regardless of their relationship status with your colony.

'Allies also flee' option now once again only affects allies.

This basically undoes the change i made a couple of version ago and fixes the bug the change was a bandaid for. Hooray.

Changed the trigger for fleeing to be based on pain rather than health. And added an option to go back to the old health trigger if it is so desired.

Shuttle Crash quest people would flee when injured and break the quest. I've changed the "Allies Also Flee" setting to cover anyone that isn't hostile, so leaving that option off will fix this problem. I'll try and come up with a better solution in the future but for now this band-aid will do.

Allied pawns will no longer flee when injured by default. This can be toggled in the mod settings menu.
