Updated and fixed settings:
Some values were not processed before, changing them will be faster and the widget will be redrawn less frequently.

Fixed some issues with the weather API.

Rewritten the entire wallpaper now using scss and typescript.

Fixed an issue with video video resizing.
When "resuming" the background (there isn't a fullscreen window on the monitor) the clock will immediately update now (instead of waiting for the next second)

Videos that are bigger than the screen will now resize down
