update 1.2

hot fixes ,collision fix for rocks ,removed snap points from pillar waterfall it now is just place anywhere with no collision ,flip and rotate placement this was due to an issue with saddle snaps and orientation ,snap to saddle will be re-implicated when a better fix is found, included a bonus waterfall not planned and a full dynamic water overhaul is in the works with a nicer look and better performance more news on that soon.

Texture pass 1,and the new Pillar waterfall with dynamic water ,note there will be a future update to the pillar water in a later update to bring it up to the spec i want and adjust a few things ,but released it now so you can all start using it .
