Added Flakka and Desomorphine

Finally updated up to versions 1.1 and 1.2!
And fixed some values and properties of drugs according to real life such as:
1) Opiate addiction lasts longer
2) Chance to random overdose is less for most of drugs
3) Rebalanced values that influence chance of addiction: now addiction will appear later

And fixed debug doesn't show some stupid errors.
