Updated SBS STINGRAY Mk.III Jet Speedboat.

- Retooled the STINGRAY to get it functional again. Capable of 200 knots at Max Throttle. Due to the weight change with FUEL it dips low in the front when full and not moving but the extra weight is used for better stability at speed, range (about 26km at MAX) and maneuverability
- Had to remove reverse as all it does now is pull the back end up and the front end down
