Updated Jet VTOL.

Squeezed max fuel capacity from 1500 to 2109.38 L, making you able to travel ~130 km, instead of 90 km, and ~5 min more flight time, making you able to have ~17,5 min flight time.

Alright I fixed the thumbnail. Maybe I'm not that lazy after all.

Also optimized the startup process of the jet engines, so it doesn't consume that much electricity.
