Diagnostic unit was changed to actually be Oncology and not a GS clone. You will need to simply remove the old one and just put in this one (room only, won't have to do anything with the equipment, sorry for the hassle here).

REPLACED: SYM_REDNESS_OF_SKIN use and changed to SYM_REDNESS (Didn't realise the skin version is tagged to be deleted by developers, this shouldn't cause any real issues because the symptom code still exists)

Changed haemoptysis into two symptoms (haemoptysis and severe haemoptysis) (makes it much more useful but will make lung cancer easier to identify as I’ve hit max symptoms for them, I’ll revisit later if it is too unbalanced).
Changed CEA Blood Test to Cancer Antigen (CA) Blood Test (Will use the same test to detect other cancer antigens to help make the test more useful)
Changed 5HIAA Test to Urine Antigen Screen (Same reasons as CEA Blood Test)
Changed Colorectal Adenocarcinoma (Metastatic) to Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (rework for MCC in near future)
Removed Chromogranin-A Blood Test (Replaced with Cancer Antigen Blood Test)

Localisation clearly defined between version updates (to make sure the translators can quickly see what has been added, sorry it took this long to think of that)
Localisation changed for haemoptysis, CEA Blood Test and 5HIAA Test, the IDs have been renamed and descriptions changed.
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Diagnosis Localisation fixed up (Metastatic was incomplete) (Thank you Gokustan for noticing this).
Nerve Damage Localisation fixed up (duplicate entry causing the wrong text to appear)(I have fixed this for Italian and Chinese LOC, forgot to look at Turkish sorry, I'll fix it too.)
Changed Colorectal Adenocarcinoma (Metastatic) to Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, name and description have changed. (DIA_ONCO_BC1_2)(DIA_ONCO_BC1_2_DESC)
Added 'Required Lab/Room' information to all examination locs

BUG FIX:
Fixed bug with HYPERGLYCEMIA, patient could complain about it revealing it (more realistic that someone doesn't know until blood glucose testing)
Fixed bug with a few other blood tested conditions been complained about and hence revealing them.
Fix implemented that will ensure hospitalised necessary treatments aren't sent if the player hasn't unlocked/built Oncology hospitalisation yet. (You can make an Oncology Clinic now)
Fixed issue with oncology not been able to treat Abscess complications with surgery. (Thank you i_r_jordan)
Fixed missing symptom with Hairy Cell Leukaemia
Fixed missing temperature measurement examinations from various Leukaemia diagnosis.

TODO:
Rework Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (Make it more accurate and work into other colorectal cancers).
Look at adding Oncology Labs (Immunohistology)

GAME LIMITS:
A big part of certain malignant cancers is the patient generally needs surgery followed up by radiation therapy or chemotherapy.
Unfortunately multiple treatments for a diagnosis (the 'true' treatment, not symptom based treatments) is just not possible at the moment (confirmed by Devs).
I did look at a range of ideas but they didn't really work or feel real, hopefully a solution that could help make this mod more realistic comes about in the future.

NOTES:
1. At the moment, gender specific diagnoses still show up in the opposite gender's 'possible diagnosis' list.
Unfortunately this means I can't add male breast cancer because it is basically a clone of female breast cancer just significantly rarer but they will both show up in the possible diagnosis list.
The player or AI might get confused and select the wrong one which will lead to patients coming back and will build frustration.
The biggest problem is it will be possible that a man gets a female specific exam and vice versa as there is nothing to stop this at the moment (specifically pelvic exam).
The developers have got back to me and said they have fixed this for the next update.

2. I have started adding Ovarian cancer and other gynaecology based cancers. I am looking at means that I can add some compatibility with Mac's Gynaecology mod.
I would like if you were able to treat these patients at either Oncology or Gynaecology if you have both mods installed (you'd have to transfer them).
I have some ideas to make this work but really depends if people want this.
