Minor Changes:
- The buttons for Holy Roman Empire reforms already passed will now be invisible to help signify that they have already been passed. The 'unlocked' text in tooltips for already unlocked reforms is also now green.
- Updated localisation files.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed incorrect title text for the 'Golden Bull of 1222' event.
- Fixed the vassal tracking system (for the 'Annex Vassals' mechanic) not removing factions from a faction's vassal table that have been destroyed.
- Fixed vassal annexing not properly aborting if the faction being annexed loses its last region but is not destroyed.
- Population effect bundles are now applied to regions after faction handovers (i.e. annexing a vassal or absorbing the HRE).
- Upon enacting the final Holy Roman Empire reform and absorbing all HRE factions, all imperial expansionism and unlawful territory effect bundles will be removed. This will also happen for the unlawful territory effect bundles if the Holy Roman Empire is destroyed.

Minor Changes:
- Added 8 new nicknames: "the Beloved", "the Builder", "the Despised", "the Destroyer", "the Hideous", "the Impaler", "the Shadow", and "the Survivor".
- Before the first reform when the Holy Roman Emperor faction can still vote, any HRE member factions with the 'Loyal' or 'Puppet' will now vote for whoever the emperor is voting for instead of only for the emperor.
- Lowered the requirements for the "the Great" nickname from personally conquering 30 regions to 25.
- Lowered the requirements for the "the Merciless" nickname from executing captives 20 times to 15.
- The nickname "the Terrible" is now gained through having the 'att_trait_ruler_personality_all_unjust' trait, with the old functionality of having 'att_trait_general_military_all_looter' being moved to the new nickname "the Destroyer".

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug with Holy Roman Empire elections that could cause FactionTurnStart listeners to fail (thus affecting population, imperial authority, etcetera).
- Fixed the decision map for the 'Form the Persian Empire' decision being broken after the recent Decisions rework.
- Fixed the Pope changeover system not working (would result in an immortal Pope Innocent III).

Minor Changes:
- Missions for Crusades now display the timer for the Crusade instead of the mission timer, through the use of UI scripting. This is because the mission timers would be desynced if you entered a crusade later and thus might mislead you into thinking there was more time than there actually was. The crusade missions can now also serve as a gauge for how much time remains in the Crusade if your faction is on crusade or the target of one. Otherwise, the 'Send this army on Crusade!' button will display the crusade duration.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the population economy script would attempt to calculate the population modifiers for hordes when hordes have no population. This was breaking a lot of other scripts that fired on faction turn starts for hordes (one such effect being that the Mongol Invasion would not fire on the player's turn if the player was the Ulus of Jochi/Tolui).

Minor Changes:
- Internal rework of Decision logic, should make adding new decisions easier for submodders.

Bug Fixes:
- Added additional redundancy to Ironman saving so as to make file corruption less likely.
- Fixed an end turn soft lock caused by multiple scripted war declarations on a single turn when allied to an AI Mongol faction at the start of the Mongol Invasion. The AI Mongols will now only declare war on the strongest faction in their respective regions (usually Khwarzam for the Ulus of Tolui and the Cumans for the Ulus of Jochi), though their attitudes towards other factions in the area will be set so that hopefully the AI Mongols will independently declare war on the rest of the factions as well.
- Fixed another related bug where the scripts might make the Mongol factions try to declare war on the non-existent owners of razed regions.
- Fixed AI factions in Holy Roman Emperor elections valuing the player less than other AI member states when not the emperor due to the lack of an HRE attitude/state for human factions.
- Fixed unique formable kingdom/empire decisions not having a condition that would require the player to not be in the Holy Roman Empire.

Minor Changes:
- Reduced the diplomatic bonus with Catholic factions from +50 to +20 for the 'The New Emperor' effect bundle (given to pretender factions when they become the HRE).
- The executable for the building slot increaser now no longer fires automatically once its prompt is accepted and now must be accepted in-game each time you launch the game. This is to prevent the game from crashing on startup for those whose systems are incompatible with the executable. The button for increasing the slots can be found in the settlement panel once a region with more than 6 open slots is detected.

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where the HRE panel would open and be uncloseable when loading in to a save game where all imperial reforms have been passed.
- Fixed the pretender mission for the Holy Roman Empire not completing correctly due to a syntax error.

Minor Changes:
- Added automatic invalid AppData detection. If any of your battle preferences contain non-MK1212 units/factions, then the invalid file(s) will be deleted by the scripts. This should hopefully resolve most crashing related to opening custom battles/multiplayer battles.
- Disabled changing the campaign map in custom battles/multiplayer battles as this was causing some issues.
