-Added Sanctuary Guardian (Puma The Great Apostle) as a "boss" unit for newest "Raider Faction Bases" mod update.
-Added "Blinding Light" Light machine gun, which Sanctuary Guardian always drops on death.
-Toned down tier 3 and xcom goc weaponry so that it no longer is blinding for the user.

-Fixed issues with Reaver shotgun not working with other mods, due to it's non standard shot as primary attack. It should work as any other shotgun now, but It'll still cause enemies to bleed.
-The distiller now has standard fire mode without cooldown.
