1.3.0 WUAS Update

With help from commission by Otterly, Buttermilk has been changed to allow for multiple body types. These body types are selectable in the WUAS ccustomization menu:

Default*
Vanilla(Legacy)
Buttermilk(Legacy)
Wonderbody(Legacy)
Vanilla(WUAS)
Buttermilk(WUAS)
Wonderbody(WUAS)

Legacy body variants use the base body material as aparent to allow other mods to affect the body's appearance.

WUAS body variants use WUAS body materials and enable WUAS customization features such as hair removal, skin shine and Eye customizations.

This feature allows Buttermilk (now WUAS (Not to be confused with WAUS)) to become a clean mod and all vanilla file overwrites have been removed. WUAS bodies are now self-contained within the mod.

Pak file is still currently "buttermilk_body", and I will change it later.

There are plans now to remove the armor conversions contained within this mod and make them part of a seperate mod.

**Default selection will pull from the game's default mesh references. This means the result will be vanilla OR you can install another custom body mod containing the body that will replace Conan's default. The vanilla body variants are provided for those who wish to use vanilla even with another body mod installed.

-WUAS customization and WUAS accessories are now accessible through SHIFT+. (period) or console command: "DataCMD WUAS" A small menu will pop up with the buttons for each system to choose from.

-WUAS customization and accessories have gotten a touch of Chromatic Spice. A revamped color wheel with hex input support is now provided for each system. Total conversion to a chromatic spice coloring system is the goal for the future.

Loading and saving presets has been posponed once more. With recent acquisition of Multichar, a way to link loadouts to characters may be possible and will require R&D.

Admittedly in the midst of my work I've unfortunately been ignoring thralls as I have not explored thrall modification yet. This is definitely going to have to happen in the next update. Most of my time was spent trying to put the puzzle pieces together to get this far. So I ask for a bit more patience.

Fixes:

-Attempted to fix the first time "Void Eyes" experience when using WUAS custom eyes without a prior save.

- Fixed an icon mismatch for the promiscuity nipple rings.

Known issue: In some cases, switching bodies will not allow WUAS eyes to show when switching to a WUAS body in the customization menu. Unsure yet if this is a mod conflict. Simple workaround is to close and reopen the menu while having a WUAS body already chosen.

As has always been since I started, I am only one person. All my work is from scratch and with a clean development focus. This takes quite a bit of my time to do. Please consider donating to my Ko-Fi if you enjoy my mods. The support really does help.

1.2.2 Hotfix

Fixed an issue where WUAS was not hiding the bracelet per user request.

Previously:
Added several eye customization options through the promiscuity menu. Commissioned by Otterly, these eye options were created to address the limited solution presented in other mods involving using meshes over top of the character's base eyes. This solution utilizes the eyes we currently use, and SHOULD transfer to custom heads provided they don't change the fundamental head components. Create your own eyes with many possible permutations of customizations.

Heterochromatics are currently unavailable.

With this cosmetics update the promiscuity system's name now changes to WUAS (Wafflebutter's Universal Aesthetics Solution). This system is still in the prototype stages and this update is hopefully the gateway to a broader system that gives players a lot of cosmetic options.

With this update, the WUAS system does have a minor clash with IQOL which makes it so that custom eyes cannot be modified within IQOL, so the option to toggle color control between WUAS and other mods that control eye colors on an RGB level has been added to the WUAS menu.

Added whiskers Commissioned by Otterly in two sizes to the accessories system. Whiskers are dyeable under the WUAS accessories system, though currently use only channel 4. Future Updates will tighten this feature.

Loading and saving is now definitively scheduled for the NEXT update. In the meantime, I have added an 'unequip all' and defaults buttons where appropriate. Until the loadouts feature is finished, this can help dent the number of clicks people need to commit when switching characters.

Known cosmetic issue: Some accessories will not align with the body in slightly more extreme poses due to the way the conan body (and subsequently buttermilk) is weighted and the way the accessories are implemented. Will need to take time to come up with a remedy.

Known Issue: WUAS controls eyes in a way that makes them incompatible with Vanilla conan character creation.

Fixed: Promiscuity body hair will now disappear when wearing clothing not fitted to the buttermilk body.

1.2.1 Hotfix

Fixed an issue where WUAS customizations would fail to update when the player character wore glove armors of any kind.

1.1.5

Added a Dragon Medallion Necklace sponsored by Medsi and Maelstrom. This piece uses 8 dye channels. Items eligible for 8 dye channels will display 8 tint slots in the color picker section when they are selected for editing in the left pane.

Promiscuity menu now has the ability to allow for body hair coloring. Features include full RGB color picker and matching colors with head hair.

Body hair sponsored by Otterly has been added to Buttermilk. 9 female bodyhair choices are included in this update, and each taking advantage of the coloring system.

Note: Choices 7 and 8 are slightly different variations of the same style.

As the number of accessories and customizations keeps increasing, the neccessity for aesthetics loadouts becomes more apparent. To prepare for this, I have added an 'unequip all' button which will do the obvious.

Known UI issue: Promiscuity UI may reset the bracelet visibility after the first use after logging in.

1.1.3

Added Jeweled Slave bracelets sponsored by the Maelstrom server. This bracelet introduces the ability to further customize accessories by sporting 8 dye channels. Given time I'll be able to apply the same level of freedom to existing accessories as well as future ones. Items eligible for 8 dye channels will display 8 tint slots in the color picker section when they are selected for editing in the left pane. In the meantime be careful with using old 4 channel tint presets on the new bracelet. It will adopt placeholder colors for the remaining channels if you use the 4 channel presets.

As the number of accessories keeps increasing, the neccessity for accessory loadouts becomes more apparent. To prepare for this, I have added an 'unequip all' button which will do the obvious. Update: Jan 6, 2023 @ 8:56pm

1.1.2

Added a Jeweled Necklace commissioned by Otterly to the accessory system. Otterly has been supporting the new system and commissioned many of the recent pieces.

Enabled bracelet removal for male characters through the Promiscuity UI.

The Promiscuity UI now has a button above the Accessories Button. This will be the start of an aesthetics system that I am exploring and one I feel is overdue, considering users of buttermilk have had to endure not being able to use other aesthetics systems due to conflicts of coding methodology.

Promiscuity Cosmetic has been removed as a craftable item. Please use the UI button instead.

Known cosmetic issue: Some accessories will not align with the body in slightly more extreme poses due to the way the conan body (and subsequently buttermilk) is weighted and the way the accessories are implemented. Will need to take time to come up with a remedy.

Known UI issue: Promiscuity UI may reset the bracelet visibility after the first use after logging in.

Update: Dec 31, 2022 @ 11:07am

1.1.1

Added an accessory for the buttermilk pelvic region with two sizes.

Moved the buttons for activating the UI to the right side.

Update: Dec 28, 2022 @ 12:24pm

1.1.0

This update addresses a couple of minor adjustments for optimization, but to also address a problem of what can currently only be called a devkit bug in which a conflict arose from the presense of 3 mods. Pippi, AoC, and Buttermilk. The bug only replicated when all three mods are present on the mod list.

The bug was related to Buttermilk's personal camera being force possessed for a still unknown reason. Having conversations with both Joshtech and representative Syko from AoC in the interest in finding the truth still left us with unanswered questions, but ultimately I decided to change how the camera is implemented and it should avoid the error altogether.

This update also includes repurposed forms of the dice dangle jewelry to allow the dynamic accessory system a chance to demonstrate it's organization functions. The filter in the accessory drawer has also been fixed and you should be able to toggle the visibility of relevant items in the drawer to select from.

Fixed a bug where the Skimpy Lemurian Sarong was not available.

Previously:
Introducing the prorotype of a new accessory system to allow for the application of a wide variety of dyeable accessories. This system is standalone and will not conflict with other accessory systems as it ignores conan's equipment system entirely. The system features a character recustomization-like interface that tries to intuitively allow the user to equip, unequip, and dye accessories with a fully functional color wheel. There is no need to craft anything, and naturally this system will not require you to have dyes for your accessories. Despite all this, it is a work in progress and there may be some bugs or missing features.

The menu can be accessed from a button located in two places: The escape menu (ESC) and the player inventory (TAB default). It should be located at the bottom left corner, typically out of the way of Funcom UI objects and other modders widgets.

WARNING: Not available for thralls at this time. Just players. Once it expands I want to make all accessories universal (except those applied to gender specific body parts). Right now the current accessories were designed to fit females, but I decided to make them available for males until a fitting solution is done. Use them at your own risk.
