Updated for the Twisted & Twilight dlc.

- new sacrifices mechanics with 10 new rites (huge thanks to @thenuminousone for sending us a proof of concept mod with everything ready to use Tehenhauin's sacrifices mechanics for the Amazons and also getting actively involved in the development of this update. All those beautiful icons were created by him as well)
- Rite: "Call against Invaders": replaced "recruitment xp +2" effect with "weapon strength in own or allied territory +5%"; duration -5
- Rite: "Magic of the Ancients": replaced by "Flower War" ("Magic of the Ancients" is now available in the sacrifices panel); -5% magic resistance
- Rite: "Warriors of Rigg": razing and sacking settlements now both count towards unlocking this rite
- new Rite: "Flower War": grants +5 recruitment xp and +40 battle captives per turn but reduces growth by 15%, local recruitment capacity by 1, and increases upkeep costs by 20%
- new Unit: Coatl: single entity monstrous flying unit (all Credit goes to @ChaosRobie)
- new Unit: Giant Serpent: single entity monstrous unit (all Credit goes to @Meh)
- new Regiment of Renown: Pox Serpents (Jungle Stalkers)
- new Regiment of Renown: Jaguar Hunting Pack (Lustrian Wildcats)
- 7 new missions for Amazons: first one should trigger around turn 10
- vanilla "Blessed Spawning" missions will no longer trigger for Amazons (will cause incompatibility with any mod that edits wh2_campaign_blessed_spawnings.lua)
- RoR unlock missions: no longer grant 1000 gold on completion; now display the RoR as reward; changed conditions of some missions

- Jungle Spirits: increased cap to 10; upkeep -10; now unlocked via the sacrifices panel
- Jaguar Warriors: MA +1
- Koka-Kalim: MD -1; reduced unit count to 100 (from 120)
- Koka-Kalim (Devouts): MD -1; costs +50; added "fire whilst moving"; reduced unit count to 90 (from 100)
- Koka-Kalim (all): removed attribute "causes fear"; new passive ability "Koka Frenzy"
- Jaguar Riders: CB -2
- Lustrian Macaw Riders: morale -5; armour -20; MD +10; CB -6
- added some missing lore spells & "Healing Herbs" to Priestess (Terradon)

- Army Ability: "Koka": reduced cooldown to 3s
- Lwaxana's "Witches" building chain: increased priestess hero recruit rank +1 for tier 2 and 3; cap +1 on tier 3
- Building: "Old Ones Trove" / "Vault of the Old Ones": now increases unit cap for Stegadon (Solar Engine) & Ancient Stegadon (Engine of the Gods); T1 renamed to "Trove of the Gods" to avoid confusion with vanilla building "Old Ones Trove"
- Building Chain "Shrine of Rigg": reduced untainted -2 on each tier; added +1 captive sacrifices per turn (increases by 1 each tier)
- Terradon building chain: +1 unit of Terradon Riders to garrison (both Tiers)
- Garrison buildings and main settlement chain garrisons: replaced Huntresses with Jungle Stalkers
- Income building chain: increased income +5/+10/+20
- Lodestone building chain: replaced by new building chain "Waystone Network"
- adjusted auto resolve values of almost all units
- fixed Feral Stegadon animation in custom battles
- fixed about 30 entries that were unused / duplicates / invalid (thanks to the new RPFM)
