*removed the requirement that first Dungeon mus be completed before the 2nd, and 2nd before 3rd. So players who install on a mod with 100s of weeks shouldn't have dungeon loading issues anymore (providing a boss slot is available), but the dungeon order may still trigger in any order (since all the week/hero level requirements are already met). but now the dungeons should load and not be blocked. Theoretically. Sorry this has causes issues for some players, but i've never been able to reproduce the problem-- making it hard to squash this bug! hopefully this will do it. for new save players everything should still load in correct order.

*removed penalty from Town event ignore (until i can figure out why that is triggering before the 2nd event!)

change to try to fix the issue where some players the town event triggers but dungeon does not appear, added new line in the code based on another modder's experience; this fixed that problem for him, hopefully it will for us also!
