Fixed a compatibility issue with the Divine Talents gift bag mod. It used to cancel the changes on the Dimensional Bolt skill.

Made the following changes I forgot to do on the last pass:
- Enrage now lasts 2 turns and has a wider range
- Mend Metal and Soothing Cold restore more armor

I have changed the following skills already modified by the mod:
- Spider Legs now gives less constitution, as the bonus was deemed too strong for a 0-cost spell.
- Oily Carapace (and its mass version) now gives a little bit of bonus armor, some earth / poison resistances, and constitution for 2 turns, since it still seemed unattractive.
- Guardian Angel now gives less armor, but only costs 1AP leaving space for more flexibility.
- Taunt doesn't reduce the enemies attributes anymore, as it could lead to weird situations where someone suddenly unequipped an item because of missing prerequisites - instead it lasts 3 turns and reduces the affected characters' damage.
- Shackles of Pain no longer reduce the attributes anymore for the same reason as above, and reduces the affected character's damage instead.

I also introduced the following new changes:
- Explosive Arrow deals damage on a wider area but creates no fire surface, to actually differentiate it from the Fire Arrow.
- Maddening Song lasts 2 turns and deals a moderate amount of magic armor damage.
- Smoke Cover makes the caster invisible for 1 turn.
- Erratic Wisp also boosts other elemental resistances as well as dodge.
- Summon Living Wall only costs 1 action point and deals some poison damage on arrival.
- Corrosive Touch deals increased damage.
- Corrosive Spray deals increased damage.
- Cryogenic Stasis costs 1 action point.
- Vampiric Hunger grants bonus water damage.
- Healing Tears grants an instant heal to the caster on cast.
- Blood Sucker grants a constitution bonus, and cures bleeding and crippled.
- Deflective Barrier also grants magic armor.
- Break the Shackles is now an area skill on a small area around the caster, and cures stunned, frozen, and knocked down.
- Cryotherapy (and its mass version) gives some bonus magic armor, constitution, and water resistance for 2 turns, and cures frozen, chilled, and wet.
- Ifan's Soul Wolf has some magic armor, increased physical armor, and the Cloak and Dagger skill.
- Heart of Steel costs 1 action point.
- Demonic Stare costs 1 action point (the source point cost is unchanged).
- Thick of the Fight costs 1 action point (the source point cost is unchanged).

Changed the Shackles of Pain to fix an issue with the armor buff not behaving correctly.
Increased the Spider Legs buff values.
Changed the Tornado buff to make it more universally useful.
Added Vaporize, Bull Horns, Guardian Angel and Taunt buffs.

Replaced the burn heal with an acid heal on oily carapace, because it made no sense :|
