Small bugfix update that should stop Necropolis Knight bugfixing and removed 6 duplicate IDs in slot template to building superchains that were causing some issues, especially for Beastmen and Chaos.

Filled in some missing Wood Elf slot templates - they SHOULD (hopefully) be able to make these buildings in all of their special major settlements now.

Fixed an issue breaking Beastmen recruitment - sry folks.

Increased the cost of many of the buildings. Now that they give small garrisons and significant diplomacy bonuses, 1/2/4k was WAY too cheap.
