Small improvements on the map.
Lysefjord better placed.

Added Byzantium and Gaul + Venice City state.
All civilizations and city states are now placed on the map.
Fixed 7 real continents.
Have placed out some more resources like oil.aluminum and uranium.
Uranium is only placed around England,France,America,Russia,China,India,Korea,Persia.
You need to choose import resources in the game menu if you want to use that.
Have made some overall improvements to the map, some new islands for city states.

Choose river flooding to map generated in the menu.
