(1)Focus about Unique technology of Brotherhood and Washington Brotherhood now is already fixed up.
(2)Vault City can pass national focus in conquer national focus.
If target countries is already a puppet of Vault city,or they just been destroyed.
(3)New Reno Would be not join ncr or crate nevada pact when they already become a puppet.

*Balance
(1)Brotherhood and Washington Brotherhood will give the power armor Technology when we join in they.
(2)National focus about conquer reduce 50% time to complete,and the
reward have some little changes.
(3)Have changed some stories of conquer national focus.

The mod is finally done.
We just keep patch bug,and wait for main mod upgrade .

Importance Patch Note:

New Reno would not become enclave or super mutant when they are puppet,And also use their expansion national focus.
Klamath would not change their master.

Faction and Vault.

More national focus added.
Now,Vault city can join other faction,or build new vault.
In Last,they can play enclave like new reno.
