Some fixes to the game not ending properly and dead unit clearing, disabled mirana because she's being worked on, a variety of bugfixes to hero talents and scaling

## General
- Increased stat growth from +50% per level to +80% (as an example, Bane +stats at lv10/20/30/40 from 81.25/287/618.75/1075 to 115/430/945/1660
- Stats Increase talent from +25%/lvl to +35%/lvl (250% to 350% max)
## Phoenix
- Fixed Supernova not taking damage from enemies.
- Supernova attacks to kill is now 30 at all levels. Hero units deal 3 damage to the Supernova.
- Supernova cooldown from 180 to 180/170/160/150/140/130
- Reworked Shard from: "Phoenix can cast Sun Ray during Supernova" to "Phoenix can cast spells during Supernova and gains 50% spell amplification during Supernova."
## Sniper
- Headshot no longer knocks enemies back, roots them for the duration instead.
- Headshot chances over 100% now overflow and trigger another roll. If multiple Headshots proc, the damage and duration are multiplied by the amount of procs.
- Take Aim no longer sets Headshot chance to 100%, instead grants +60/70/80/90/100/110/120% Headshot Chance.
- Take Aim active attack range form 70/180 290/300/410/520/630 to 200
- Killing a hero unit with Assassinate refreshes all of Sniper's cooldowns and charges. Killing a creep unit causes the Assassinate projectile to bounce to the nearest unit, dealing 50% damage.
- +100 Attack Range talent with +50% Passive & Active Take Aim Attack Range, moved back to Lv25
## Grimstroke
- Ink Swell now Basic Dispels on cast.
- Ink Swell now always deal maximum damage and stun duration.
- Shard causes Ink Swell to Hard Dispel on cast and Basic Dispel the target for the entire duration.
- Fixed Ink Swell not damaging creeps.

fixed nyx boss mind flare doing more damage than intended, shadow fiend boss can only spawn shards once for each unit hit, no matter how many lines impact.

Various post patch fixes

## Dragons
- Reduced Ancient Drake (minion) spawn rate and slightly reduced health.
## Psionic Scarabs
- Reflecting Carapace only activates after 1.25/1.0/0.75/0.5 second of being active.
- Clarified that Reflecting Carapace only starts tracking health lost when it is off cooldown
- Reduced reflection damage from 15/18/21/24% to 10/12/14/16%
- Reduced Mind Flare echo damage from 10/14/18/22/40/45/50/55 to 6/8/10/12/25/28/31/34%
- Vendetta now only triggers if Reflecting Carapace was not dispelled
- Fixed Vendetta not triggering properly from Reflecting Carapace
## Demonic Cultist
- Increased Chaotic Offering cooldown from 120/100/80/80 to 140/120/100/100
- Reduced Demonic Imp health
## Harbingers
- Reduced Harbinger of Melancholy attack range from 1200 to 800
- Reduced Harbinger of Melancholy's attack damage from 100000-120000 to 80000-100000
- Reduced Harbinger of Melancholy's movement speed from 522 to 300
## Death Avatar
- Reduced attack rate from 0.55s to 1.00
## Rift Guardian
- Rift Cleric spawn rate reduced from 25 to 40
- Reduced attack required to break Phantom's Embrace from 5 to 4
## Lord of Hell
- Devour bonus armor reduced from 20 to 10
- Devour magic resistance reduced from 15% to 8%
- Infernal Servitude grants half the benefits to creeps.
