Races should be more venenly random, there were too many skeletons

Because there are many subraces for skeleton and hiver they were way too common.

Added 2 new game starts, 0-100 stats by request and one using mainly existing character templates at random.

Fixed backbacks being guarenteed.

increased potential characters to 12 from 8

Removed animals for the time being, chance for animals is 50% for each animal. which is way too high and pushes the chance of people very low.

Additonally adding more animals will result in squads of only animals or crashes.

Now have a chance of no weapon.
Weapons can start in secondary slot, meaning u can start with 2 or more in some cases.
Stat randomization reduced to 80, until i can work out how to prevent negative stats.
Can no longer start with an animal bag.
High tier bags made rarer.
Much lower chance of prosthetics (around10-15% per limb i think). might still be too high.
Chance of having nor clothing or weapons.

Removed animals and slave, as they were causing a crash. Planning to re add animals.
