-Brand new attack helicopter designer with plenty of new modules (some are in other branch, like rocket pods in the artillery tree!)
-Reworked all Generals and Admirals, added 77 new ones for all three countries, all real-life generals from 1983 with the exception of a few references. Mostly real picture for now, but drawings will gradually replace them.
-Made E’84 companies compatible with Arms Against Tyranny

-Made the invasion of the USSR by Olenia more clear with loc key

-Another pass at fixing division OOB; the Soviet Fortified had towed rocket artillery instead of MLRS.

Known Issue :
-Some Helicopter GFX may appear buggy in the Tech tree, but they work in the construction tab/designer. Only exception being the Soviet Mi-8.
-Human Tech branch is a WIP

Hello guys,
Taking note of the growing list of things to fix left to do and some pressing bugs present, I decided to release another fix.
Originally, I wanted to have the helicopter tech branch released with it, but because of an unforeseen bug that I can’t seem to fix quickly, I have decided to release the patch without it for now.
That being said, you will still enjoy the new human tech modules!
