Pumpkin Update!

- Added Act 2, bringing the total up to 3 acts

- Added a blue time rift

- Added a few new cannons

- Changed some conveyor belts' speeds to better match their visuals

- Added the Badge Seller

(Hopefully) Fixed the Crucible Station segment of Act 1 starting the player at the second checkpoint instead of at the beginning

Fixed the rolling platform in the intro bit being able to be pushed into the sky

Added 15 seconds to the Sandmobile Sprint Circuit timer
