WS1.08:
+ Damage is now scaled by distance between attacker and victim (fall off and effective range determined by weapon caliber, larger caliber = less maximum fall off)
+ Added a clientside console variable which controls whether you want to use toggle aim or hold-to-aim (fas2_holdtoaim)
+ Added a clientside console variable to control whether you want to revert back to the default ammo display
+ Spread is now affected by mouse movement
/\ Slight change to maximum spread calculation
/\ Fixed holstering a weapon in MP causing others to select that certain weapon that one player selected

+ Added Ammocrate and Ammokit entities to the FA:S 2.0 Ammo category in the Entities tab

+ Added 3 missing normal map textures, which fix the checkerboard issue on several meshes
/\ Corrected caliber used by Raging Bull (was .44, actually uses .500 in real life); as such damage and recoil has been greatly increased
/\ Increased recoil on every weapon
/\ Fixed reloading a Raging Bull when proficient with it not creating any shells
/\ (Requested by project lead of FA:S) Taking aim/going back to hip is now possible even when firing
